Delicious mix of chargrilled vegetables! So good as a side with a steak. Use as a filling for a savoury chelsea scone bun. Smiles all round.
 
Ingredients: Roasted capsicum, chargrilled eggplant, capers, cranberries, garlic, herbs, red wine vinegar, olive oil.
